The Role

As Account Executive, you will be CreoRx's primary presence in the field — identifying, pitching, onboarding, and growing relationships with personal injury law firms across Nevada. This is a true boots-on-the-ground role: you'll be in front of attorneys, office managers, and case managers daily, building trust, driving adoption, and turning new accounts into active, consistent referral partners. You'll own the full sales cycle — from cold walk-in to first enrollment — and serve as the ongoing relationship owner for every account in your territory.


What You'll Do Prospecting & Outreach
  • Build and manage a territory of personal injury law firm accounts using Map My Customers (field CRM)
  • Conduct regular in-person visits, pop-ins, and drop-bys to reach office managers and attorneys
  • Identify and access the right decision-makers within firms of all sizes — solo practitioners to multi-department operations
  • Log all visits, contacts, and outcomes in Map My Customers daily
Sales & Qualification
  • Pitch the CreoRx value proposition to attorneys and office managers
  • Qualify firms based on case volume, firm structure, and readiness to adopt
  • Conduct live portal demos — walkthrough, enrollment flow, and case management tools
  • Identify both the decision-maker (attorney) and the internal operator (case manager / intake coordinator) before advancing any deal
Onboarding & Activation
  • Guide newly signed firms through the full onboarding process: registration, role designation, implementation call, and first enrollment
  • Conduct hands-on implementation calls alongside the law firm's internal team
  • Ensure client enrollments are completed within the first 30 days of every activation
  • Proactively troubleshoot adoption barriers — portal comfort, role confusion, lack of attorney buy-in
Account Management & Growth
  • Maintain regular check-ins with active accounts to sustain referral activity
  • Re-engage accounts that have gone inactive
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for any firm-side questions, card issues, or workflow challenges
  • Log all activity, contacts, and deal stage updates in Map My Customers (synced to HubSpot)

Compensation
Base Salary
$55,000–$75,000
Commensurate with experience
OTE at Quota
$75,000–$95,000+

What We're Looking For
  • Must be located in Las Vegas, NV
  • 2+ years of field sales, outside sales, or territory management experience
  • Comfortable with cold walk-ins and high-volume in-person outreach
  • Strong relationship-building skills — equally comfortable with a receptionist and a managing partner
  • Ability to navigate complex firm structures and identify the right stakeholders
  • Self-directed and organized — you manage your own route, schedule, and pipeline
  • Experience with CRM tools (Map My Customers or HubSpot a plus)
  • Background in legal, healthcare, pharma, or B2B services preferred but not required
  • A data-driven mindset — you track your activity, learn from your pipeline, and iterate
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus

Active territory of engaged, referring law firm accounts
New firms moving from pitch to first enrollment within 90 days
Consistent referral activity across both small and large firm segments
Decision-maker and anchor contact identified and logged before onboarding
Strong field cadence — route completed, CRM up to date, follow-ups on time
