This is a full-time role for a Business Development Representative, located in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, conducting inside sales, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and managing customer accounts. The role will involve regular communication with personal injury attorneys and medical providers to offer and explain our services.
Qualifications
Comfort with field-based sales requiring 60-70% travel
3-5 years of B2B sales experience with proven quota achievement
Experience selling to professional service firms (law, medical, financial services)
Track record of building relationships in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong Presentation and Communication skills
Previous roles: Outside Sales Rep, Account Executive, Territory Manager, Business Development Manager
Industry experience: Personal injury, legal services, healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and/or certifications in sales methodology
Hunter mentality with persistence and resilience
Professional demeanor suitable for attorney and physician environments
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Coachable with a continuous learning mindset
Aligned with Christian values and a servant leadership approach
Clean driving record and ability to travel extensively
Build relationships with personal injury attorneys and medical providers through field visits
Conduct product demonstrations and lunch-and-learn presentations at law firms
Schedule qualified discovery meetings per week with prospective clients
Manage territory coverage across Nevada with strategic travel planning
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly pipeline reports
Achieve quarterly targets: new law firm partnerships and medical provider partnerships
